P(a/3,2)= midpoint of QR
P(a/3,2)=(-5-1/2,4+0/2)
P(a/3,2)=(-6/2,4/2)
P(a/3,2)=(-3,2)
equating both sides
a/3 = -3
a = -3×3
a = -9 is answer obtained
