b² - 4ac = 0
a = k
b = 2
c = 3

2² - 4 * 3 * k = 0
4 - 12k = 0
12k = 4
k = 4/12

k = 1/3

We can do it by using this following formula :-

b²-4ac

Let a=k
b=2
c=3
Now using the formula
b²-4ac=0
=>4-4*k*3=0
=>4-12k=0
=>-12k=-4
=>12k=4
=>k=4/12
=>k=1/3

Hope it will help u
