Ans;- D=b²-4ac

(k)²+4.4.2
k²+32=0
k=-√32
or
k=+√32

D = 0

$b {}^{2} - 4ac \: = 0$

$k {}^{2} - (4 \times - 4 \times 2) = 0$

$k{}^{2} + 32 = 0$

k = +√32

k = -√32
