for a pair of linear equations , if a/a2 = b/b2 = c/c2

2/k + 2 = 3/6 = 4/3k + 2

2/k + 2 = 4/3k +2

2 ( 3k + 2 ) = 4 ( k + 2 )

6k + 4 = 4k + 8

6k - 4k = 8 - 4

2k = 4

k = 2

HENCE, TO HAVE INFINE SOLUTION , K = 2
