Kx - 5y =2 => Kx - 5y -2=0

6x+2y =1 => 6x +2y -1=0

a1=k, b1=-5 and c1= -2

a2=6, b2= 2 and c2=-1

Condition for a system to have no solution is

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2}  ≠ \frac{c1}{c2}  \\ now \\ \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2} \\

k/6=-5/2

2k=-30

k=-30/2

k=-15
