we can write the above equations as follows :

kx+2y-3=0

3x+6y-10=0

These equations are of the form a1x+b1x+c1=0

and ,a2x+b2x+c2 =0

where a1=k,b1 =2 , c1=-3 and a2=3,b2=6, c2= -10

Let the given system of equation has a unique solution

for unique solution

a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2

on putting the values of a1,a2,b1 and b2

we get k is not equal to 1

hence, k has all other real values than 1 .
