Find the value of k for which the pair of linear equation 2kx+3y=7 , 2x+y=6 has exactly one solution

Here,

a1 = 2k , a2 = 2, b1 = 3, b2 = 1, c1 = -7, c2 = -6

For these linear equations to have exactly one solution,

 \frac{a1}{a2} ≠ \frac{b1}{b2}

 \frac{2k}{2} ≠ \frac{3}{1}

k≠3

So, k has all values except 3.
