It has infinite solution..
So,
 \frac{a1}{a2} = \frac{b1}{b2} = \frac{c1}{c2} \\ so...now... \\ \frac{3}{2} = \frac{k}{ - 5} \\ = > - 15 = 2k \\ = > k = \frac{ - 15}{2} answer \\

or k = -35
