a1 / a2 != b1 / b2
1 / 3 != -k / 2
k != -2/3

thus k have a unique value for every no. except -2/3

HELLO DEAR,

the \: given \: equetion \: is \:  \\ 3x + 2y =  - 5 \\ x - ky = 2 \\ two \: given \: solution \: have \: unique \: solution \: if \\  \frac{ a_{1} }{ a_{2}} not \: equal \: to \frac{ b_{1}}{b_{2} }  \\  =  >  \frac{3}{1} not \: equal \: to \:  \frac{2}{ - k}  \\  =  > k \:  not \: equal \: to \:  -  \frac{2}{3}  \\
So the given system of equations wiil have

unique solution for all values of k except -2/3

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
