find the value of k for which the system of equation x-2y=3 ,3x+ky=1 has a unique solution

x-2y=3
3x+ky=1
For unique solution,
a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2
1/3 is not equal to -2/k
then, k is not equal to -6 for unique solution.

for k= -6 and k= -2/3 the system of equations has a unique solution.
