Find the value of k for which the system of linear equations (k-1)x +3y 7 and (k+ 1)x +6y 4 have no solutions.​

For a system to have no solution, it should follow a1/a2 = b1/b2 isnt = c1/c2

a1/a2 = b1/b2

(k-1)/(k+1) = 3/6

(k-1)/(k+1) = 1/2

2(k-1) = k+1

2k - 2 = k + 1

k = 3
