Answer:

2x-3=0

2x=3

x=3/2

2(3/2)^2 + k(3/2)^2 +(3/2) +12 = 0

(9/2) + (9/4)*k +(3/2) + 12 = 0

18+9k+6+12/4 = 0

72 + 9k = 0

9k = -72

K = -72/9

K = -8
