Find the value of k if 3,kand 3/2 are three consecutive terms of an AP

so 3=a1
k=a2
And 3/2=a3
In a arithmetic progression
a2-a1=a3-a2
Therefore,k-3=3/2-k
=>2k=3+3/2=6/2+3/2=9/2
Therefore k=9/2/2=9/4
