LHS
=(1-Z1 Z2)^2 - (Z1-Z2)^2
=(1-Z1 Z2) (1-Z1 Z2)- (Z1-Z2) (Z1-Z2)
=(1-Z1 Z2) (1-Z1 Z2) - (Z1 - Z2) (Z1-Z2)
=1 + Z1 Z1 Z2 Z2-Z1 Z1 -Z2 Z2
=1 + (Z1)^2 (Z2)^2 - (Z2)^2 - (Z2)^2
=(1 - (Z1))^2 (1-(Z2)^2)

RHS
=K(1 -(Z1)^2) (1-(Z2)^2)
=K=1

HENCE,
equating LHS and RHS
we get, K=1.
