x1(y2 - y3)  + x2(y3 - y1) + x3(y1 - y2)  \\  \\   | - 5(k -  - 2) + 1( - 2 - 1) + 4(1 - k)|  = 0 \\  \\  - 5k + 10 - 3 + 4 - 4k = 0 \\  \\  - 7k =  - 11 \\  \\ k =  \frac{11}{7}
