Find the value of k, if the area of a quadrilateral is 28 sq.units, whose vertices are
(4-2), (-3,k), (3, -2) and (2, 3).​

Answer:

LET A=4,-2

B=-3,k

C=3,-2 and D=2,3

draw a diagonal ac and bd

now using midpoint formula

find the midpoint of ac

x'=4-2/2=1

y'=-2+3/2=1/2

now we got midpoint of diagonal ac (1,1/2)

so it will be the same midpoint for diagonal bd

1/2=k-2/2

1=k-2

k=3
