Answer:

if it meets at y axis so X =0 and y =2 as given

putting th value

3x0 +kx2=6

k=3

ATQ - x =0 and y = 2
=> 3x + ky = 6 will become
3(0) + k(2) = 6
2k = 6
k = 3
