find the value of K,if x-1 is a factor of p(x) :
p(x)=Kx3 -3x+K

put x-1=0
x=1
as x-1 is a fact of p(x)
so p(x)=0, p(1)=0 [ by remainder theorem]
p(1)= k(1)3-3(1)+k=0
k-3+k=0
2k-3=0
2k= 3
k=3/2
