x+1=0

x=-1

p (x) = x^-3+3x^2+6x+k

p (-1) = 0

p (-1) = -1^3 + 3×-1^2 + 6×-1 +k

0 = -1 + 3 + (-6) +k

0 = -1 + 3 - 6 +k

0 = -4 + k

k = 4
