Heya !!!

(X-1) = 0

X = 1

P(X) = -2X+K

P(1) = -2 × 1 + K

=> K -2 = 0

=> K = 2

P(X) = -2X+K

P(1) = -2 × 1 + 2

P(1) = -2+2 = 0

Remainder is 0 it means (X-1) is a factor of -2X+K.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)
