Find the value of k, if x = 2, y = 1 is a solution of the equation 2x + 3y = k.
Also find the value of x when y = 3.​

X=2 and y=1
Find the value of k

Substitute the values of X and Y in the equation

2(2) +3(1)=k
=4+3=k
K=7



If y =3
Then 2x +3(3) =7
=2X+9=7
2x =7-9
2X = -2
X = -2 divided by2
X= -4
