if x=2 and y=1 then your answer is;
2x + 3y = k
>2*2 + 3*1 =k
>4+3=k
>k = 7

Hey there!

Given that,

x = 2 , y = 1 is a solution of The equation 2x + 3y = k

We substitute the values of x = 2 , y = 1 in the equation

Replace x with 2 & y with 1 .

2x + 3y = k

2(2) + 3(1) = k

4 + 3 = k

7 = k

Therefore , The value of the k is 7
