x+3=0
x=-3

p(x)=(2x+k)(x+3)
p(x)=2x^2+6x+kx+3k
p(-3)=2(-3)^2+6(-3)+k(-3)+3(-3)
p(-3)=18-18-3k-9
-3k-9=0
-3k=9
k=-3
