Hii friend,

(X-1) Is a factor of the given polynomial.

X = 1

P(X) = 2X²+6+✓2

P(1) = 2 × (1)² + ✓2

= (2+✓2)

K isn't given in polynomial. So P(1) = 2+✓2

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.... :-)
