Condition -->

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2}  =  \frac{c1}{c2}

So , a1=2

a2=(k+1)

b1=3

b2=(k+2)

c1= -7

c2= -3k

 \frac{2}{k + 1}  =  \frac{3}{k + 2}

 =  > 2(k + 2) = 3(k + 1)

 =  > 2k + 4 = 3k + 3

 =  > k = 1

Also ,

 \frac{3}{k + 2}  =  \frac{ - 7}{ - 3k}

 =  > 3 \times 3k = 7(k + 2)

 =  > 9k = 7k + 14

 =  > 2k = 14

 =  > k = 7
