a1/a2 = b1/b2 ≠c1/c2

2*3 = k

2x - 3y = 9 → y = (2/3) x - 3
kx - 9y = 18→ y = (k/9) x - 2
Parallel = Same Slope
(2/3) = (k/9)
k = 6
