find the value of k so that x cube minus 3 X squared + 4 x + K is exactly divisible by (X - 2)

p(x) = x^3 - 3x^2 + 4x + k

g(x) = x - 2

Therefore x = 2

Therefore, p(2) = (2)^3 - 3(2)^2 + 4(2) + k

= 8 - 12 + 8 + k

= 16 - 12 + k

4 + k = 0

k = -4
