2x + 3y = k

2*2+3*1= k( since x = 2, Y = 1)

k= 4+3

k= 7

2x + 3y = k \\ on \: putting \: the \:value \: of \: x \:and \: y \\ 2(2) + 3(1) = k \\ 4 + 3 = k \\ k = 7
