 {( \frac{3}{7} )}^{ - 1}  =  {( \frac{3}{7} )}^{2} m + 1

 \frac{7}{3}   - 1 =  { \frac{3}{7} }^{2} m

 \frac{7 - 3}{3}  =  \frac{9}{49} m

 m = \frac{4}{3}  \times  \frac{49}{9}
