 {6}^{m }  \div  {6}^{ - 2}  =  {6}^{ - 3 }  \\ base \: is \: same  \:  so \:  \\  =  > m - ( - 2) =  - 3 \\  =  > m + 2 =  - 3 \\  =  > m =  - 3 - 2 \\  =  > m =  - 5
