FIND the value of m & n so that the polynomial
p(z)=z^3-mz-13z+n has z-1 & z-3 as factors

so,we put the value so it come

1-m-13+n=0

-12-m+n=0

-12+n=m eq 1

z=-3

so,we put the value so it come

-27-9m+39+n

+12-9m=n

we put value m and n to show there value

so when we add them

-12+n+12+12-9(-12+n)=0

120-9n+n=0

+8n+120=0

8n=-120

so, n=120/8

so m=15

n=3
