=>(3+√2)(3+√2)/(3+√2)(3-√2)=m+n√2.

=>(9+2+4√2)/9-2=m+n√2

=>(11+4√2)/7=m+n√2

=>11/7+4√2/7=m+n√

compare. both side

m=11/7,

and ,

n=4/7.
