That equation can be written as,

= (3^2)^m/3^-2 = (3^2)^4

= 3^2m/3^-2 = 3^8

= 3^2m+2 = 3^8

= 2m + 2 = 8

m = 3

Hope this helps!

Cutiepie93: wrong answer
siddhartharao77: Okk.. Sorry.. I think the answer is 3. last step I did a mistake. 2m + 2 = 8, 2m = 6, m = 3

Hlo friend..

3^2m ÷ 3^-2= ( 3²)⁴
3^2m-(-2) = 3^8
3^2m+2 = 3^8

When the bases are same, then powers will equate.

2m + 2 = 8
2m = 8-2
2m = 6
m = 6/2
m = 3
