2x-1 is a factor, so f(1/2) = 0
8×(1/2)^4 + 4×(1/2)^3 - 16×(1/2)^2 + 10×1/2 + m = 0
1/2 + 1/2 - 4 + 5 + m = 0
m = -2
8×(1/2)^4 + 4×(1/2)^3 - 16×(1/2)^2 + 10×1/2 + m = 0
1/2 + 1/2 - 4 + 5 + m = 0
m = -2
