7, -3) lies on the line .

y-3/7 = m(x-2/7)

Therefore, the point (7, -3) must satisfy the equation of the line.
Therefore,
-3-3/7 = m(7-2/7)
-24/7 = m*47/7
m = -24/47

HI !

(7,3) lies on the graph of the equation y-3/7 = m(x-2/7)

hence , (7,3) is a solution of the equation .

substituting the values x = 7 and y = -2 in the equation :-

-3 - 3/7 = m( 7 -2/7)

-24/7 =  m ( 49 -2/7)

m = -24/7 x 7/47
    = -24/47

hence ,

m = -24/47
