Given that =>
==========

◾The Equation has Equal Roots ! This implies that the Discriminant is equal to 0

=> b² - 4ac = 0

Here ,

a = 3 , b = -m√3 and c = 4

we have :-
-------------

( -m√3)² - 4 × 3 × 4 = 0

=> 3m² - 48 = 0

=> 3m² = 48

=> m² = 48/3

=> m² = 16

=>> m = +-4

✔Hence the Value of m is 4 or -4
