Your question is :

╚»★«╝ Find the value of m, if (x - 2) is a factor of x3 – 2mx2 + 16. ╚»★«╝

↳ Solution

given,

X-2=0

x= 2

So, we can keep 2 in the place of x

or, 2³ - 2m·2²+16 = 0

or, 8 - 8m+16 = 0

or, -8m= -8

∴m=1
