Find the value of m so that quadratic equation MX(x-7)+49=0has two equal roots

for an equation to have equal roots discriminant of this eqn should be zero
mx(x - 7) + 49 = 0 \\ m {x}^{2}  - 7mx + 49 = 0 \\ d =  \sqrt{( - 7m) {}^{2}  - 4(m)(49)}  = 0 \\ 49m {}^{2}  = 4m(49) \\ m {}^{2}  - 4m = 0 \\ m(m - 4) = 0 \\ m = 0 \: or \: 4 \\
m can't equal to zero as if m=0 eqn will not remain quad.
