Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

let  ax +by +c   and px +qy + r are 2 linear factors

x^2 +3xy +x +my-m =[ ax +by +c ] [px +qy + r  ]   here a,b ,c ,p,q,r  are integers

from  x^2 term      so a= p =1

from 3x term   aq +bp =3    q + b = 3

from  no y^2 term   bq =0  b=0 or q= 0 so we take b=3 and q=3

now

x^2 +3xy +x +my-m =[ x  +c ] [x +3y + r  ]

from  x term   c + r = 1

from y term  3c = m

from constant   cr = -m

                          cr =-3c

                    cr+3c =0

                       c[r+3] =0

                       c=0 or     r = -3

                   r=  1    or           c = 4

                       m= 0  or    m = 12
