  { - 3}^{n + 1}  \times  { - 3}^{5}  =  { - 3}^{ - 4}

  { - 3}^{n + 1 + 5}  =  { - 3}^{ - 4}

bases \: are \: equal \: then \: equate \: the \: power

n + 6 =  - 4

n =  - 4 - 6

n =  - 10
