Step-by-step explanation:

7^{2n+1} ÷ 49 = 7^{3}

⇒  7^{2n+1} × \frac{1}{7^{2} } = 7^{3}

7^{2n+1} × 7^{-2} = 7^{3}

Therefore,

2n+1 + (-2) = 3

2n+1 -2 = 3

2n - 1 = 3

2n = 4

n = 4/2

n = 2

Hope it helps :)

Have a good day.
