answer for the question is

put the vale of x=1
(1)3+10(1)2+p(1)+q=0
3+20+p+q=0
23+p=-q    ..............eq 1
again put the value of x=2
(2)3+10(2)2+p(2)+q=0
6+40+2p+q+0
46+2p+q=0
2p+q=-46
now put the value of x from eq1
2p+(23+p)=-46
3p+23=-46
3p=-46-23
p=-69/3
p=-23

q=23+p
  =23+(-23)
  =0
