putting x as -2,we have
P(-2)= 4(-2)^4+2(-2)^3-3(-2)^2-p(-2)-28
0= 4*16+2(-8)-3*4+2p-28 since P(-2)=0
0 =64-16-12+2p-28
0=8+2p
P=-8/2
P=-4
