Let the roots be β and 6β

px²-14x+8

β+6β=-b÷a
7β=14÷p
β=2÷p

β×6β=c÷a
6β²=8÷p
6(2÷p)²=8÷p
6×4÷p²=8÷p
24÷p=8
3÷p=1
p=3
