Answer:

X+2=0

X=-2

Put,X=2 in the polynomial P(X)

=>2(-2)^4+3(-2)^3+2p(-2)^2+3(-2)+6=0

=>32-24+8p-6+6=0

=>8+8p=0

=>p=1

Thus,

if the value of P =1 than the polynomial P(X) is divisible by (X+2)

Hope it helps you
