first draw a rough diagram for think clearly.

(3,p) (0,2) (p,3)


now, A is equidistant from B and C

so we can write as..

AB=AC
now use the distance formula....and do squaring both sides...
so we get...

(0-3)^+(2-p)^=(0-p)^+(2-3)^
