♠️ x , 2 x + p and 3 x + 6 are in A.P.

✔️ Is the are in A.P , then it is very clear that there common difference will be same

▶️ Let me explain this concept to you, so u can solve this kind of questions easily . Say A1 , A2 and A3 are in A.P then

♠️ A2 - A1 = A3 - A2 // Common difference

⏺️ Now using this concept

=> 2 x + p - ( x ) = 3 x + 6 - ( 2 x + p )

=> 2 x + p - x = 3 x + 6 - 2 x - p

=> x + p = x + 6 - p

=> x - x + p + p = 6

=> 2 p = 6

=> p = 6 / 2

=> [ p = 3 ]

HOPE HELPED..

2x + p - x = 3x + 6 - 2x -p

x + p = x + 6 - p

2p = 6

p = 3
