4y=3x-15a

when x =3& y=-2

4×-2=3×3-15a
15a=9+8=17
a=17/15

given \:  \: x = 3 \:  \:  \:  \: and \:  \:  \:  \: y =  - 2 \\ given \:  \: 4y = 3x - 15a \\ so \:  \: a =  \frac{3x - 4y}{15} \\   =  \frac{3 \times 3 - 4 \times  - 2}{15}  =  \frac{17}{15}
