${7}^{2p} \div 343 = 1 \: \: given \\ as \: we \: know \: that \: 343 = {7}^{3} so \\ {7}^{2p} \div {7}^{3} = {7}^{2p - 3}$

And right hand side is 1 which is equal to

${7}^{0}$

So on comparing powers

$2p - 3 = 0 \\ = = > p = 3 \div 2$
