Find the value of p in given equation :

4 ( 3 p + 2 ) – 5 ( 6 p – 1 ) = 2 (p -8 )

Answer:

(12p+8) - (30p+5) = (2p-16)

18p - 3 = 2p-16

16p = 19

p = 19/16
